Fruit & nut chocolate sponge cake

 Fruit & nut chocolate sponge cake :

*In a bowl : 

Maida 2 cups 

Baking powder 2 tsp 

Salt 1 pinch 

Sugar 1 & 1/2 cup 

( mix all of them well ) 

*Add : 

Oil 1/2 cup 

Milk 1 & 1/2 cup 

Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (fruit&nut or any chocolate you like ) 

Coffee powder 1tsp

Vanila essence 1 tbsp 

Lime juice 1/2 tsp 

( mix all the ingredients well in one direction) 


*Pre heat over at 180 degrees for 2 minutes 


*Meanwhile :

Spread oil in a backing pan 

Pour the batter in pan 


*Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

                 

                             Ready to serve 😁
